Operation guide

Day-to-day operation of the Deliverect to r_keeper kiosk integration: publishing menus, monitoring orders, handling store-level changes, and supporting production venues.

Working with the r_keeper kiosk channel in Deliverect is described in the Deliverect documentation and does not differ from working with any other sales channel.

How the systems behave in production

• The kiosk works exactly like a regular r_keeper kiosk.
• Deliverect and the connected POS system work exactly like a regular POS integration through Deliverect.

Menu and orders

• The menu is exported from Deliverect to the kiosk when you press Publish.
• After a successful payment on the kiosk, the order is sent to Deliverect and onward to the connected POS system.
